How StoryEdge Began

StoryEdge began at a workshop at Harvard’s Houghton Library, with an idea for an interactive history-mystery game: learners analyzing primary sources to unmask untruths and uncover hidden truths. Founded in 2017, it grew into a practice built on one belief: the right story, told through the right media, changes how people understand, decide, and act.

That belief shaped our early work, interactive cross-media learning experiences that build civic awareness, perspective-taking, and media literacy. It also turned out to apply well beyond the classroom. Organizations of every kind face the same challenge: getting a vision understood, a brand remembered, a program adopted, or a community engaged.

Today, StoryEdge works with startups, mid-size companies, nonprofits, and established institutions on product and program strategy, launch planning, brand and communications, and impact measurement. We combine storytelling, media, data, and hands-on facilitation to help teams clarify their problem, shape the solution, and make it real.
